We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:

✔ Proof of purchase or order number must be provided
Please Note
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:
• Used products
• Products damaged through misuse
• Unauthorized returns sent without prior approval

🚚 Return Shipping
If you're returning an item because you've changed your mind, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note:
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• Trackable shipping is strongly recommended
• Retain proof of shipment until your return is processed

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you via email regarding the outcome of your request.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Processing Time
Most approved refunds are initiated within:

after approval.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Cancellation Eligibility

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
